Our Team

We are backed up by a capable team of specialists that assists us in efficiently carrying out our commercial activities. People Behind Our Company

Mahesh Gohil (Chairman and Managing Director)

He is the driving force behind Esquire Group. He started the company in 1975 with an amount of Rs.2 lakh that he took as a loan from the Indian Govt. under the Entrepreneurship Development Scheme. He has over 40 years of hands-on expertise in the domain. Over this period, he has witnessed different economic ups and downs and has successfully guided the company through difficult times to the point where it now has a fantastic base to go up rapidly. Do not accept defects, do not produce defects, and do not sell defects is his business philosophy, and Esquire has never veered from it.

Anil Phadke (Executive Director)

He is in charge of the marketing and sales departments. Over the previous 20 years, he has single-handedly established solid relationships with all of the major Indian corporations. With nearly 40 years of sales and marketing experience, he is always working to expand our global reach.

Anuj Gohil (Director)

Mr. Anuj is the son of Mr. Mahesh Gohil. He began working for Esquire in 2005. He is assisting the company in diversifying and growing by utilizing the solid platform and goodwill that has been built and gained over the years. He is in charge of transforming Esquire from a family-owned business to a professionally managed corporation. He has assisted Esquire in diversifying into many other fields of business where there is synergy with its core competency and a chance to seize.

Rajendra Kanetkar (Technical Director-Esquire Machines, Managing Director-Esquire Ideation)

He has over 30 years of design experience and holds an M. Tech from IIT Powai. He and his talented staff are responsible for our original technology. He is also a Partner and Managing Director in the Esquire Ideation Joint Venture, where he oversees the day-to-day activities.

Nital Zaveri (Director-Manufacturing Excellence)

He is the driving force behind Esquire Lean program. He has experience of 19 years in training people and implementing lean methods and approaches to improve quality and productivity in a variety of companies across various industries. He is a trained six sigma Black Belt and owns a profitable Business Excellence consulting firm. The American Society for Quality has named him as one of the 40 new voices of quality. At Esquire, he has a straightforward goal: to establish this company as the industry standard for Lean Management in the Engineering profession.

Bhupendra Doshi (Management Advisor)

He holds an IIT diploma and has worked in operations and management for over 40 years. He left a Multi-National Engineering firm as a General Manager in 2006 and joined Esquire as a Management Advisor to help professionalize the company and guide management on a day-to-day basis. He is also a professor at a management school in Vadodara.

Shrish Diwanji (Management Advisor)

He is a Cost Accountant with over 50 years of expertise in the sector. He owns and operates his own consulting firm, and his clientele includes some of the largest corporations of the world. He is in charge of Esquire costing and MIS functions, as well as advising management on crucial issues. He draws on his extensive experience and professional network to find the best resources to deploy at Esquire in order to enable growth and professionalization.

We have a sophisticated production wing with a capacity of 50,000 units that assists us in addressing bulk and urgent requirements. We have installed Lathe machine, Drilling machine, Cutting machine, Grinding machine, Welding machine, Bending machine, etc., at our unit for smooth production process.
